Love, Yourself - August

Dear Jia,

Remember last year when you decided to write letters to yourself and read them a year later to see what a difference a year makes? Well guess what? That idea turned out to be kinda awesome, and it really helped you. So we're doing this again!

August 2010 Letter - Wow things were super busy. You got a new puppy, met a wolf, and sadly watched Motherly move away. Things also started going downhill and you didn't notice at first. Start noticing! 

August 2011 Update - So you didn't do updates for June and July because of depression, but August started to get better. In fact you didn't do an update because you just plain forgot!

This time last year . . . Life was getting better. You figured out that your medication was making you worse, so you thoughtfully and prayerfully decided to slowly get off. You used the entire month of August to accomplish this. The month was so full of wonder and joy. Matt surprised you by taking you to see the Glee Movie, and you both ended up on television because of it! You also rejoiced in the fact that you had really begun to rebuild a relationship with your Dad.

Also, you and your sister went to Colorado to visit Motherly for two weeks! It was a crazy couple of two weeks but so awesome. It was just the boost you needed!

This is what you looked like in August of 2011. You finally embraced the camera again! You also developed a massive addiction to makeup that made the camera that much easier to face. So this week take a picture of yourself for August 2012 and post it along with the progress you have made.
