Remember last year when you decided to write letters to yourself and read them a year later to see what a difference a year makes? Well guess what? That idea turned out to be kinda awesome, and it really helped you. So we're doing this again!
June 2010 Letter - Motivated! You took tons of pictures of yourself and really started feeling good again despite it being June. This was one of the good years.
June 2011 Update - This was a bad year. Unfortunately it was the beginning of a few bad months as well where you didn't do a Love, Yourself Update.
This time last year . . June is always the hardest month to get through. Sometimes you do it really well and other times, not so well. And that's okay. Because you've given yourself permission to feel the pain that comes with grief.
Also, you need to be honest with yourself and others about how you're feeling. You started taking anti-depressants and they weren't working. But you didn't want to blog about it because you kept thinking, "Oh today is just a bad day," so you let this crap go on for far too long. Your readers love you because you're honest about mental illness and what it entails - so even during the bad moments, don't sugar coat it, because it's not helping you or anyone else.
Your Weight . . .
June 2010 - 253 Pounds
June 2011 - 239 Pounds
