Love, Yourself (January)
Dear Jia,
A year ago you were so stressed out. It was a bad time in your life. You were working at the gas station and questioning every mistake you ever made that brought you to this place. You enjoyed getting out of the house, but you hated your job. Walking the three minutes it took to get to work was painful because you were so out of shape. By the end of the day you would walk home in tears because your feet and legs hurt so bad. And you took all that stress and pain out on your husband, and that's my husband too, and damn it he deserves better.
Certainly some good things happened this month. April redesigned your blog and made you look awesome. You also started blogging about whores, and let's face it, that just never gets old.
This month you weighed 250 pounds and it was hard to breathe going up and down the stairs. Please don't ever weigh 250 pounds again. I don't care if you lose half a pound a week, just don't ever be 250 again. Don't do that to us. It was too hard on your body when you needed to get a job and work. 250 pounds is too much to carry around all day when you have to stand on your feet for eight hours.
This is what you looked like in January 2010. You took this picture because you were happy to see how long your hair had grown, but you were shocked to see how much weight you had gained in the process and how tired you looked.
I know you're in Denver right now visiting Motherly, so when you get home this week take a picture of yourself for January 2011 and post it along with the progress you have made.
Love,
Yourself
