And I had a concert to go to that night, and I ended up crying the whole way there and my friends and family tried to console me and I tried to convince my friend Casey to sponsor me getting a new do.
Well, it was a rough 16 months full of head bands, hair wraps, bandanas, pony tails and hair clips . . . but it finally happened. I pulled the locks down, yanked out the blow dryer and very nearly orgasmed with glee at the final results.
Tada! And for the record, I think this is actually my natural hair color. I say "I think" because I haven't dyed it since the last cut and I don't actually remember what my natural hair color looks like. My birth certificate says "strawberry blonde" and the boxes I buy at the store usually say "burgundy" so I'm gonna call this an awesome combination. I'm gonna name it "perfect red". Cause seriously? Tada!

Gorgeous! I lopped off 8 inches of my hair in January and have missed my locks. It's finally getting long enough that I like it again. I've never colored my hair, but I've been tempted for YEARS to get blue/black lowlights.

I can never figure out blogger! this is Matt, but it says anonymous, that's what I can't figure out. Grrr!
